Page 1 September 10, 2019 Pursuant to NRS, a meeting of the Pahrump Public Land Advisory Committee was held at 6:00 PM on September 10, 2019, at the Bob Ruud Community Center located at 150 N Hwy 160, Rm A, Pahrump, NV 89060. 1. Pledge of Allegiance and Call to Order. 6pm 2. Roll call. Jim Hannah, Robert Adams, Mike Zaman, Rick Tretter, James Groff (BLM) 3. Approval of the Agenda for September 10, 2019. No objections. 4. GENERAL PUBLIC COMMENT: (Three-minute time limit per person.) Action will not be taken on the matters considered during this period until specifically included on an agenda as an action item (First) None. 5. For Possible Action - Discussion and deliberation of Draft Minutes of the PAHRUMP PUBLIC LANDS ADVISORY COMMITTEE, meeting of August 20, 2019. Move to approve by Jim Hannah, 2nd by Rick Tretter, yes by all. 6. Announcements (First) Mike Zaman, Beatty VFW poker run 10/12 and Beatty Days parade 10/27. Rick Tretter reported Alien Fest. 7. Committee Comments (This item limited to announcements or topics/issues proposed for future workshops/projects/agendas). Robert Adams reported Fairground moving along and RTP pre-applications accepted. 8. For Possible Action - Discussion and deliberation of Bell Vista shooting area Oct 12, 2019 public land cleanup plan. PLAC participation conflicts mentioned. Move to participate by Jim Hannah, 2nd by Mike Zaman, yes by all. 9. Discussion of of PLAC Spring Mountain Guzzlers volunteer maintenance (NDOW-Nevada Dept. of Wildlife) partnership.
