THE TOWN OF PAHRUMP PROUDLY PRESENTS September 23-26, 2021 September 23-26, 2021 • Petrack Park PAHRUMP FALL FESTIVAL Due to storm damage sustained at the Town of Pahrump Tourism Office, Tourism will be located at the Bob Ruud Community Center Room A, from now until September 13th, Monday–Friday 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. excluding Labor Day. CARNIVAL WILL BE PROVIDED BY PARADISE AMUSEMENTS. $30.00 each (will be $35.00 at the gate so get them now!) TICKETS AVAILABLE AT THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS: Community Center Room A (through September 13th) Shadow Mountain Feed Valley Electric Association Advance tickets will be sold until September 20th, 2021. MEGA PASSES Mega passes will be on sale soon at the Community Center Room A, through September 3rd. Mega Passes will sell for $125 and include five 1-day passes, game and food credits, etc. ONLY 1 Mega pass allowed per family. Contact the Tourism Office for more information on Mega Passes at (775) 727-5107 option 7. Mega passes will ONLY be sold until September 3rd, 2021 and ONLY at the Community Center Room A. RODEO TICKETS ARE AVAILABLE AT THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS: Community Center Room A (through September 13th) Shadow Mountain Feed Valley Electric Association $10.00 each (tickets will be available for Friday night at 7:00 p.m. and Saturday night at 7:00 p.m. – gate opens at 6:00 p.m.) FRIDAY NIGHT ONLY, children under 10 will be admitted for free with paying adult (one child per adult) and adults 65 years of age or older can buy one ticket and get one guest in free. There will be NO special offers honored on Saturday. ARTS & CRAFTS/FOOD & HORTICULTURE (Theme: Stars & Stripes) Entry forms, rules & categories are available on the Town of Pahrump Tourism website www.visitpahrump.com . Hard copies are available at the Bob Ruud Community Center Room A, from now until September 13th, Monday–Friday 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Entries will be $1 each and children 13 and under can enter for free. An entry form should accompany each entry. Intake of entries will be Monday-Tuesday, September 20-21, 2021 for Arts & Crafts, and Tuesday-Wednesday, September 21-22, 2021 for Food & Horticulture. PARADE (Theme: Stars & Stripes) Parade applications are available at Community Center Room A (until September 13th) and on the Town of Pahrump Tourism website www.visitpahrump.com. All parade applications must be turned in with payment no later than September 21st, 2021 at 4:30 p.m. They will be accepting applications at the Community Center Room A until September 13th, then we are hoping they will be back at the Pahrump Tourism Office (400 N. Hwy 160, Pahrump, NV 89060). The parade committee is currently seeking volunteers who would like to help with the parade planning and execution. The parade committee is also seeking judges. Judges should be impartial, so no one with a judged entry in the parade may apply. Judges MUST be at the judging area by 6:00 a.m. on the date of the parade. If you are interested, please contact us. The parade committee is also requesting nominations for this year’s Grand Marshal. If you know of a person you feel is deserving of this honor, please submit your nomination.
