For Possible Action - Discussion and deliberation of Minutes of the Pahrump Arena Advisory Committee meeting on June 13, 2024. Darius motions to approve, Loyce seconds, all in favor. 6. For Possible Action – Discussion and deliberation on the updated forms of policies, bylaws, and Reservation Form. Reservation form is finalized. Darius motions to accept finalized reservation form, Scot seconds, all in favor. 9. For Possible Action – Discussion and deliberation of arena reservations. Darius motions to host a PAAC barrel race on August 23, 2024 to build funds for the 2024 Fall Fest Rodeo, Michelle seconds, all in favor. 10. For Possible Action – Discussion and deliberation of arena reservation follow up. PAAC requests the town to look into possible legal action towards Live A Little Productions for failure to pay agreed fees. 11. For Possible Action – Discussion and deliberation 2024 Fall Fest Rodeo Committee Updates. Tina Mann oversees the buckles. Arena will be closed starting Sunday before Fall Fest. Discussion of possible need for electrical upgrade to provide stable power to announcing equipment. Meet with Jimmy to review previous electrical repairs.
