TOWN OF PAHRUMP RESOLUTION NO. 2021-03 A RESOLUTION TO CLOSE TOWN OF PAHRUMP FUNDS WHEREAS, the Nyc County Board of County Commissioners approved the creation of funds listed on “Schedule A” to manage, maintain, and account for monies received; and WHEREAS, the original purpose of which these funds were created have been deemed no longer necessary and have become dormant; and WHEREAS, total resources available is $303,894.27 as of June 30, 2021; NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby RESOLVED, that Town of Pahrump, in accordance with NRS 354.150 shall revert all remaining excess funds available to the Town of Pabrump General Fund. IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED, that Town of Pahrurnp, shall close these funds and allow the Nyc County Treasurer to remove said funds from Treasurer’s Report.
