1 TOWN OF PAHRUMP RESOLUTION NO. 2018-05 2 A RESOLUTION ADOPTING AND ENACTING THE FEE SCHEDULE OF THE LAKEVIEW EXECUTIVE GOLF COURSE FOR THE TOWN OF PAHRUMP 3 4 WHEREAS, on April 27, 2018 the Town of Pahrump purchased the Lakeview Executive Golf 5 Course; and 6 WHEREAS, the Town of Pabrump finds that the schedule set by the previous owner, Lakeview 7 Association, LLC. is adequate to adopt and enact at this time; and 8 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Nyc County Board of County Commissioners 9 sitting as the governing board of the Town of Pahrump as follows: 10 1. That the schedule of fees required for golf play at the Lakeview Executive Golf Course: Fees arc 11 hereby adopted and shall be collected as shown in the attached Exhibit which is 12 incorporated herein by this reference. 13 2.
