I ·Je l ' \1 . i .l I 1 BILL NO. 83-l PAHRUMP TOhlN ORDINANCE NO Pl2 TITLE: SUMMARY: PAHRUMP LITTERING ORDINANCE AN ORDINANCE TO CONTROL THE PLACING, DEPOSITING OR DUMPING OF LITTER, GARBAGE, SE~vAGE OR SLUDGE IN THE UNINCORPORATED TOWN OF PAHRUMP, NYE COUNTY, NEVADA, AND PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATIONS THEREOF. The board of Nye County Commissioners, acting as the Board of Trustees of the unincorporated Town of Pahrump, Nye County, Nevada, does hereby ordain: Pl2.010 Pl2.020 Pl2.030 Pl2.040 P!7.n'-\l) GARBAGE DEFINED. As used i n t hi s o r d i n an c e , "g a r bag e" includes swill, refuse, cans, bottles, paper, vegetable matter, carcass of any dead animal, offal from any slaughter pen or butcher shop, trash or rubbish.
