For Discussion - Continued Discussion of Nevada Department of Wildlife (NDOW) volunteer forms for inspection and repair of NDOW’s Spring Mountain wildlife guzzlers. 11. For Possible Action – Continued discussion, deliberation, and possible decision to set a time and date to inspect and possibly make minor repairs to Nevada Department of Wildlife (NDOW) Carpenter Canyon small game guzzlers. 12. For Discussion – Continued Discussion of identifying Right of Way or easement of a portion of Phase 1 of the Battleborn Trail between Higley Road and North Crest Avenue, and discussion of how to expedite the progress. 13.
