BILL NO. 04-01 PAHRUMP TOWN ORDINANCE NO. 44 AN ORDINANCE REPEALING PAHRUMP TOWN ORDINANCE NO. 17 WHICH CREATED SYSTEM FOR NUMBERING THE PROPERTY WITHIN THE TOWN LIMITS OF THE UNINCORPORATED TOWN OF PAHRUMP, AND FOR THE UNINCORPORATED TOWN OF PAHRUMP, PROVIDING A METHOD FOR COLLECTION AND DISBURSEMENT OF SUCH FEES COLLECTED, SETTING FORTH PENALTIES FOR THE VIOLATION OF SAID ORDINANCE, PROVIDING A NUMBERING SYSTEM AND FEES FOR FUTURE HOUSING AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT, AND ALL OTHER MATTERS RELATING THERETO AND THE REPEAL OF THE AMENDMENT TO PAHRUMP TOWN ORDINANCE NO. 17 WHEREAS, several years ago, Nye County Planning took over the naming of streets from the Town. At that time, Nye County did not take over the street numbering sy5tem. WHEREAS, the Town has been recently informed that the Nye County is in the process of taking over the street numbering system from the Town. The Town has been informed that Nye County anticipates that it will have a street numbering system in place in April of 2004. NOW, THEREFORE, the Town Board ofthe unincorporated Town of Pahrump, Nye County, Nevada, does hereby ordain as follows: 44.000 Repeal All ordinances or parts of other ordinances of the Town which conflict with this ordinance are hereby repealed. Specifically, this ordinance repeals Pahrump Town Ordinance No. 17 and the Amendment to Pahrump Town Ordinance No. 17. 44.100 Funds Any money in the street numbering fund shall be immediately transferred to the Town Capital Improvement Fund.
