PPLAC MINUTES Pursuant to NRS a meeting of the PAHRUMP PUBLIC LANDS ADVISORY COMMITTEE was held at 6:00 PM on March 10, 2020, at the Chief Tecopa Cemetery, Multipurpose Building located at 751 S East St Pahrump NV 89048. 1 1. Call to Order. 5 pm. 2. Roll Call. Craig Lusk, Robert Adams, Rick Tretter, Jim Hannah, Mike Zaman, Deb Strickland. 3. Approval of Agenda for March 10, 2020. Move to approve by Mike Zaman, 2nd by Rick Tretter, yes by all. 4. GENERAL PUBLIC COMMENT (Three-minute time limit per person.) Action will not be taken on the matters considered during this period until specifically included on an agenda as an action item (First). None. 5. For Possible Action - Discussion and deliberation of Draft Minutes of the Pahrump Public Lands Advisory Committee, meeting of February 11, 2020. Move to approve by Rick Tretter, 2nd by Jim Hannah, yes by all. 6. Announcements (First). Poker Run Saturday in Silver State Off-road Assoc. meeting 8 am Friday Pahrump Tourism. OHV Commission 10 am Thursday Grant Sawyer Bldg. 7. Committee Comments (This item limited to announcements or topics/issues proposed for future workshops/agendas) Robert Adams reported progress on RTP grant. 8. For Possible Action - Discussion and deliberation. Rd. and So. Wheeler Rd. due to expansion and construction at Spring Mtn. Motorsports Ranch. Robert Adams moved PLAC petition BOCC to direct Staff to work with PLAC and Motorsports Ranch to establish permanent routes. 2nd by Jim Hannah. Yes, by all. 9. Discussion of PLAC Spring Mountain Guzzlers inspection and maintenance (NDOW-Nevada Dept. of Wildlife) partnership. Before the meeting please fill in NDOW volunteer agreements at stration .
