2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 l0 ll t2 13 14 l5 l6 t7 l8 l9 20 2t 22 23 24 25 TOWN OF PAHRUNIP RESOLUTION NO.2022-03 A RESOLUTION ADOPTING AND ENACTING THE FEE SCHEDULE OF THE LAKEVIEW EXECUTIVE GOLF COURSE FOR THE TOWN OF PAHRUMP WHEREAS, on April 27 , 201,8 the Town of Pahrump purchased the Lakeview Executive Golf Course; and WHEREAS, the Town of Pahrump finds that the schedule set by the previous owner, Lakeview Association, LLC. was adequate to adopt and enact at that time approved within Town of Pahrump Resolution 2018-05; and WHEREAS, the Town of Pahrump finds that the schedule set by Town of Pahrump Resolution 2018-05 is no longer adequate; and WHEREAS, the Town of Pahrump Resolution 2018-05 - A Resolution Adopting and Enacting the Fee Schedule of the Lakeview Golf Course for the Town of Pahrump is to be repealed and replaced with Resolution 2022-03; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Nye County Board of County Commissioners sitting as the goveming board of the Town of Pahrump as follows: l. That the schedule offees required for golf play at the Lakeview Executive Golf Course: Fees are hereby adopted and shall be collected as shown in the attached Exhibit which is incorporated herein by this reference. 2.
