ORDINANCE NO. 64 ORDINANCE TO REPEAL ANIMAL CONTROL ORDINANCES AND OTHER MATTERS PROPERLY RELATED THERETO. WHEREAS, the Town of Pahrump desires to repeal its ordinances concerning animal control and enforcement; and WHEREAS, Pahrump Town Ordinances No. 10, 13, and 18 concern animal control and enforcement; NOW, THEREFORE, the Town Board of the unincorporated Town of Pahrump, Nye County, Nevada, does ordain: Section 1. Repeal All ordinances, or parts of ordinances, sections, subsections, phrases, sentences, clauses or paragraphs contained in the ordinances of the Town of Pahrump, Nevada, that control, enforce, regulate or otherwise concern the keeping or licensing of animals is hereby repealed. Ordinances that are expressly repealed in their entirety by the adoption of this Ordinance are Pahrump Town Ordinances No. 10, 13, and 18. Section 2. Severability If any section, sentence, clause, or phrase of this Ordinance is held invalid or unconstitutional by any court of competent jurisdiction, it shall in no way affect the validity of any remaining portions of this Ordinance. Section 3. Effective Date This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, adoption, and second publication in a newspaper printed and published within the Town of Pahrump, County ofNye, State ofNevada.
