BILL 95-02. PAHRUMP TOh~ ORDINANCE NO. 37 REPEAL OF PAHRUMP TOWN ORDINANCE NO. 11 AN ORDINANCE REPEALING PAHRUMP SEVERABILITY; EFFECTIVE DATE; RELATING THERETO. TOWN ORDINANCE NO. REPEAL; AND OTHER 11; PROVIDING FOR MATTERS PROPERLY WHEREAS, it has come to the attention the Town Board of the unincorporated Town of Pahrump that Pahrump Town Ordinance No. 11, requiring permits for the travel of golf carts within Pahrump, establishing fees, and designating streets, has become obsolete and of no further use or effect, NOW, THEREFORE, the Town Board of the unincorporated Town of Pahrump, Nye County, Nevada, does hereby ordain as follows: 37.100 37.110 37.120 72.130 That Pahrump Town Ordinance No. 11, an ordinance requiring permits for the travel of golf carts within Pahrump, Nye County; establishing fees; designating streets; and establishing penalties, enacted on August 28, 1982 be, and hereby is repealed in its entirety. Severability. Every Section of this oralnance, and every part of each section hereof is hereby declared to be independent of each other and parts of sections, and the holding of any section or any part thereof to be voided or ineffective for any cause, shall not be deemed to affect, nor shall it affect, any other section or part of section contained ln chis ordinance Effective Date. This ordinance shall be ln full force and efffect from and after its passage, adoption and second publication in the Pahrump Valley Times, a newspaper printed and published within the County of Nye, State of Nevada. Repeal.
