SCMS cancelled March 30, 2024 because of high wind advisory. 7. For Possible Action – Discussion and deliberation 2024 Fall Fest Rodeo. Robert will reach out to Steve Ballant, Michelle will reach out to Marilyn Dolan, and Jimmy will look in Matt’s records to see if they have copies of previous sponsor packages. Announcer will have to go to bid again. Robert will get a room count and look into availability of sheep. Food & drink sales: alcohol is the town and everything else up to PAAC. PVHS/JrHS Rodeo club possibly one food vendor. Regarding ticket sales: Michelle motions Friday tickets will be $10 each with a buy-one-get-one free for seniors and children 5 and under. Saturday tickets will be $12 presale and $15 thereafter. Darius seconds, all in favor. 8.
