Approval of Estaban Fssion Circus for Sept 14 th. Steve P made a motion to approve Loyce all in favor. 8. For Possible Action - Discussion and deliberation regarding Arena fixes Robert asked if the sliders on the bucking chutes could be repaired, Scot asked if all PAAC could look at water truck at shoot site to assess the repair before the next meeting. Water truck has been broke for almost a year. Jimmy said it would be better to purchase a new/used one but some of the PAAC doesn’t want to because it ws said that why doe the PAAC have to pay for one if the town is going to use it. 9. For Possible Action - Discussion and deliberation requested where funds came from for the ball fields to access the situation of covering arena and replacement of light poles and upgrading lighting to more power conserving LED lighting Strickland believed the funds came from Park and Rec but will confirm. 10. For Possible Action - Discussion and deliberation to create a sub-committee to get together plans for help on the county Fair Grounds Steve P asked Judy G if she had information and she said yes but has not given it to him yet. 11. For Possible Action – Discussion and deliberation of Circus using the arena for an event.(Event coordinator will need to be called to discuss plans) Owners rep called in and let us know that they needed to have plugs to plug in equipment but they will provide all sound and security. They will have kid ride, elephants and tigers. Also discounts for seniors and kids. Website can be found at 12.
