Pahrump Off-Highway Vehicle Park Advisory Committee Meeting 2/6/2025 - Agenda Item #11 Pahrump Off-Highway Vehicle Park - Youth Offroad Track Soft Opening This plan consists of 4 phases that will ultimately allow the public to engage with the Pahrump Off-Highway Vehicle Park, generate interest and raise awareness. Phase 1: Secure The Perimeter ● Completed during 1/25/2025 workshop. Phase 2: Track Construction utilizing existing and inbound materials, with rented / donated equipment and volunteer labor. ● Equipment needs: ○ Skidsteers / tractors to move dirt ■ Skidsteer rental from United @ ~$400/day ■ Volunteers to bring additional equipment ○ Water truck ■ Provided by the town Phase 3: Operational Plan / Promoting - Details to be discussed during March meeting Phase 4: Soft Opening - Details to be discussed during April meeting for April opening
