The Rotary club had already provided a donation to the Rodeo organizers and was now hoping that selling food and beverages would help raise additional funds. Frank Carbone added his comments in support of helping with Rodeo fundraising. Jimmy Martinez stated that all Town Advisory Committees were being asked to be more conscientious about use of the meeting recorder, needs to be the same as the meeting minutes that are submitted.
