Page 1 December 10, 2019 Pursuant to NRS, a meeting of the PAHRUMP PUBLIC LANDS ADVISORY COMMITTEE was held at 6:00 PM on December 10, 2019 at the Bob Ruud Community Center, Rm A located at 150 N Hwy 160, Pahrump, NV 89060. 1. Pledge of Allegiance 7pm. 2. Roll Call. Rick Tretter, Jim Hannah, Robert Adams 3. Approval of Agenda for December 10, 2019. No changes. 4. GENERAL PUBLIC COMMENT (Three-minute time limit per person.) Action will not be taken on the matters considered during this period until specifically included on an agenda as an action item (first). None 5. For Possible Action - Discussion and deliberation of Draft Minutes of the PAHRUMP PUBLIC LANDS ADVISORY COMMITTEE, meeting of November 19, 2019. To approve by Jim Hannah. 2nd by Robert Adams. None. 8. Discussion of PLAC Spring Mountain Guzzlers inspection and maintenance (NDOW-Nevada Dept. of Wildlife) partnership. PPLAC end of year report: A. Bylaws change expanding scope to public land surrounding Pahrump. B. Participated in Southside TH construction and inaugural ride. C. Participated writing grants for Pahrump to Tonopah Offroad Trail and improvements to Southside TH. D. Inspect/minor maintenance of westside Spring Mtn. guzzlers with NDOW. E.
