I 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 ll t2 13 l4 15 l6 t7 18 l9 20 2t 22 23 24 25 TOWN OF PAHRUMP RESOLUTION NO.2025.03 A RESOLUTION ADOPTING AND ENACTING TIIE FEE SCHEDULE OF THE MCCULLOUGH RODEO ARENA FOR THE TOWN OF PAHRUMP WHEREAS, the Town of Pahrump Resolution No. 2025-03: A Resolution Adopting and Enacting the Fee Schedule of the McCullough Rodeo Arena for the Town of Pahrump; and WHEREAS, the Town of Pahrump has found that the following fees are necessary for the adequate maintenance, upkeep, and upgrade of the Town-owned and managed Arena. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Nye County Board of County Commissioners sitting as the goveming board ofthe Town of Pahrump specifically creates the fee schedule as follows: l. That the schedule of fees required for use ofthe McCullough Rodeo Arena: Fees are hereby adopted and shall be collected as shown in the attached Exhibit which is incorporated herein by this reference. 2. The fees shown in the attached Exhibit shall become effective on the 15th day of hrly,2o25.
