Pahrump Public Land Advisory Committee MINUTES, February 12, 2019 1 Pursuant to NRS, a meeting of the Pahrump Public Land Advisory Board was held at 6 PM, February 12, 2019 at Bob Ruud Community Center, Room A, 150 N. Hwy 160, Pahrump, NV., 89060 6:15 PM 2. Roll Call: Mike Zaman, Rick Tretter, Robert Adams, BOCC Liason Deb Strickland, Committee Applicant Jim Hannah. Las Vegas Valley Loop Trail, maps shared. Committee interest expressed. B. Clark County Federal Land Bill encroachment of areas in Nye County. C.
