TOWN OF PAHRUMP RESOLUTION NO. 2O23-OI A RESOLUTION TO CLOSE TOWN OF PAHRUMP CHECKING ACCOIJNTS WHEREAS, the Nye County Board of County Commissioners approved the creation of funds held in Nevada State Bank listed on "Schedule A" to manage, maintairq and account for monies received; and WHEREAS, the original purpose of which these funds were created have been deemed no longer necessary and have become dormant because we use credit cards; and WHEREAS, total resources available is $1000.00 as ofJanuary 30, 2023-PVFR petty cash and $61 17.85 -Town of Pahrump pefty cash as of January 30, 2023.; NOW, TI{EREFORE, it is hereby RESOLVED, that Town of Pahrump, in accordance with NRS 354.150 shall revert all remaining excess available and close these rwo bank accounts to the Town ofPahrump General Fund. IT IS FT RTHER RESOLVED, that Town of Pahrump, shall close these funds and allow the Nye County Treasurer to remove said funds from Treasurer's Report.
