Town of Pahrump Bid 2019-03 Q & A 1. Is this a prevailing wage project? Yes. 2. Are there survey marks? There are type II pads where pavilions will set. 3. As builts for the water lines available in PDF? Yes 4. Since the grading and walking paths have already been constructed, and conduit will be crossing those paths in multiple locations, do you know if those paths are water compacted type II construction and if so will you require the paths to be rebuilt and compacted after trenching across them for conduit installation? Yes the paths are water compacted type 2 and yes we will require it to be rebuilt after trenching has been completed. 5. Are the walking paths and parking areas all going to be paved final surfaces? Yes all parking and paths are all final surfaces 6. If you can please send out the PDF's of the grading work/elevations which has been completed and the drawings for water lines that are currently installed (including fire hydrants) that would be great. See attached. 7. Will the town provide all survey/locate points showing the exact locations of the pavilion, restroom building, storage shed and denitrification locations as well as property corners/easements for the entire site? Yes, we will get in contact with Wulfenstein for the location you are requesting. 8. Are there any further details on the restroom building or storage building available such as the interior/exterior lighting and receptacle locations? Or do you want us to do a design-build and then mark up what we install on the as-builts? Restroom and storage building will be in the next phase.
