BILL NO. 87-2 PAHRUMP TOWN ORDINm::E 00. 24 'TOWN ORDINAN::E - CALVADA VALLEY UNIT 14 ANNEXA1'ICN ORDIAt¥:8 THE PAHRUMP TOWN BOARD finds as follows; WHEREAS, Calvada Valley Unit 14 is a proposed subdivision in the Pahrump Valley; and WHEREAS, a portion of Calvada Valley unit 14 is located within the boundaries of the unincorporated Town of Pahrump; and WHEREAS, a portion of Calvada Valley Unit 14 is located outside t~e boundaries of the unincorporated Town of Pahrump; and WHEREAS, it is logical and desirable for all of Calvada Valley Unit 14 to receive the same services and benefits desired from being within the w1incorporated Town of Pahrump and likewise it is important to ensure prop-2r and orderly jurisdiction of the total sul::division; and WHEREAS, the ovmer and sole taxpayer of Calvada Valley Unit 14 has, in accordance with Nevada Revised Statutes 269.652, petitioned the Pahrump Town Board to allow that portion of Calvada Valley Unit 14 located outside the unincorp:)rated Town of PaJrrump bounda.ry to be annexed into the Pahrump Town boundary; NOW, THEREFORE, the Pahrump Town Board pursuant to the authority of Nevaca Revised Statutes, 269.650 herein does ordain: The Pahrump Boundary must be surveyed, mapr:-c'd, platted e_nd so enlarged as to include that portion of that proposed subdivision known as Calvada Valley Unit 14, more particularly discribed as follows: Lots One Two Three Four Five and Six and the South Half (S1/2) of the Northwest Quarter (NW1/4) of Section 1, Township 22 South, Range 53 East, M.D.B. & M.
