RESOLUTION It appearing to the Board of Nye County Commissioners tha t a petition has been fi led with said Board requesting" the creation of the unincorporated Town of Pa hrump, Nyc County) Nevada in accorda nce with NRS 269.010(2), · and requesting t he application o f NRS Chapter 269 to the are a defined in s aid petition, and the Board f inding that said pe tition wa s signed by a ma jority of the a ctua 1 tes iden ts thereof, representing at leas t three-fif ths of I its t axable property, and that the genuineness of t h e signa tures thereon h ave been fully es tablished, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED tha t said pe tition be and the s a me is hereby allowed, approved and granted; tha t all of the sta tutory requirements to the creation of the said unincorpor- a ted Town of Pahrump have been met and complied with; tha t the said Chapter 269 of Nevada Revised Statutes s h a ll hereaf t er be applied to all of the lands and re s idents s ituate within the are a prescribed and defined in said petition~ Board of Nye County Commissioner s . ---PAGE BREAK--- If.r.
