PAHRUMP ARENA ADVISORY COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES Veterans Memorial Building 751 East Street, Pahrump NV 89048 August 14, 2025 7:00 p.m. / 19:00 1. Pledge of Allegiance and Call to Order. Robert called the meeting to order at 7 p.m. 2. Roll Call. Robert Tibbits, Scot Tibbits, Darius Mann, Kamal Mann, Annie LaHaye, Tawny Wald. 3. GENERAL PUBLIC COMMENT (Three-minute time limit per person). Action will not be taken on the matters considered during this period until specifically included on an agenda as an action item (First). None. 4. Approval of the Agenda for August 14, 2025. Kamal made the motion to accept with the removal of item 11. Tawny second. Passed 6-0. No public comment. 5. For Possible Action – Discussion and deliberation of Minutes of the Pahrump Arena Advisory Committee meeting on July 10, 2025. Darius motioned to accept. Kamal second. Passed 6-0. No public comment. 6. Announcements (First). Pahrump Areana Advisory Committee Summer Day’z bikini barrel race August 22, 2025. 7. Liaison/ Nye County Staff/ Town of Pahrump Staff Comments (This item limited to announcements/ topics/ issues proposed for future workshops or agendas). None present. 8. For Possible Action – Discussion and deliberation of arena reservations and follow up on existing reservations. Sin City Mounted Shooter dates November 22, 2025, and December 20, 2025. Make sure no event for dogs is scheduled in the park at the same time. No public comment. Scot motions to accept both dates. Tawny second. Pass 6-0. Scot motions to accept the Winter Wonderslam on December 21, 2025. No public comment. Kamal second. Pass 6-0. Scot motions to table monster truck reservation. Darius second. Pass 6-0.
