PAHRUMP ARENA ADVISORY COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES Veterans Memorial Building 751 East Street, Pahrump NV 89048 October 9, 2025 7:00 p.m. / 19:00 1. Pledge of Allegiance and Call to Order. Robert called meeting to order at 1900 2. Roll Call. Robert Tibbits, Darius Mann, Scot Tibbits, Tawny Wald, Kamal Mann, Michelle Chappel, Shane Chapman 3. GENERAL PUBLIC COMMENT (Three-minute time limit per person). Action will not be taken on the matters considered during this period until specifically included on an agenda as an action item. (First). None 4. Approval of the Agenda for October 9, 2025. Michelle motions, Tawny seconds, no discussion or public comment, passed 7-0 5. For Possible Action – Discussion and deliberation of Minutes of the Pahrump Arena Advisory Committee meeting on September 11, 2025. Tawny motions, Kamal seconds, no discussion or public comment, Passed 7-0 6. Announcements (First). Nevada Western Heritage Horse show on 11/1 7. Liaison/ Nye County Staff/ Town of Pahrump Staff Comments (This item limited to announcements/ topics/ issues proposed for future workshops or agendas). None Present. 8. For Possible Action – Discussion and deliberation of arena reservations and follow up on existing reservations. Scot motions to accept Vegas productions on March 11th, 2026, pending the completion of the ---PAGE BREAK--- PAHRUMP ARENA ADVISORY COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES ITEM # SUBJECT October 9, 2025 animal permit and event permit, Tawny seconds, no discussion or public comment, passed 7-0. 9. For Discussion only – Current light restrictions and park closure at Petrack Park, and its possible effect on the arena and park users. Table to next meeting. 10. For Possible Action – Discussion and deliberation regarding arena upgrades, repairs, and equipment purchases None 11.
