Back up for Item 2024 PPLAC annual report, continued from December 10, 2024. 1. RTP applications were submitted to fund both the Northside and Southside Trailheads 2. Right of way applications were submitted to BLM for Battleborn Trail routes in BLM PFO jurisdiction (Bureau of Land Management Pahrump Field Office). 3. Worked with BLM and Nye County Planning Department to mitigate adverse impacts of proposed utility level solar projects. 4. NDOW partnership inspecting and repairing westside Spring Mountain guzzlers. Shooting range. 5. Consideration of use of NC Open Space NCC 3.12.010.B.2. to protect public land recreation area adjacent to the Southside Trailhead.
