Robert calls to order 7:00 p.m. 2. Roll Call. Robert Scot Darius Michelle Tawny Jimmy Courtney K. 3. GENERAL PUBLIC COMMENT (Three-minute time limit per person.) Action will not be taken on the matters considered during this period until specifically included on an agenda as an action item (First). None. 4. Approval of the Agenda for February 29, 2024. Darius motions to accept, Scot seconds, all in favor. 5. For Possible Action - Discussion and deliberation of Minutes of the Pahrump Arena Advisory Committee, meeting on January 25 2024. Darius motions to accept, Scot seconds, all in favor. 6. Announcements (First). None. 7. For Possible Action – Discussion and deliberation 2024 Fall Fest Rodeo. Rodeo contracts from Donnie Landis, JJJ James Clark, and Frugal Horseman accepted. Announcer contract will need to go out to bid again. Jimmy gave instructions on getting sponsorship. 8. Committee Comments (This item limited to announcements or topics/issues proposed for future workshops/agendas). Add a Fall Fest Rodeo line item to regular PAAC meetings for updates. 9.
