NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Nye County Board of County Commissioners sitting as the goveming board ofthe Town of Pahrump specifically creates the fee schedule as follows: 1. That the schedule of fees required for use of the McCullough Rodeo Arena: Fees are hereby adopted and shall be collected as shown in the attached Exhibit which is incorporated herein by this reference. 2. The fees shown in the attached Exhibit shall become effective on the 15th day ofJuly,2025.
