15 16 17 18 19 TOWN OF PAHRUMP RESOLUTION NO. 2021-04 A RESOLUTION TO CLOSE TOWN OF PAHRUMP FUNDS WHEREAS, the Nye County Board of County Commissioners approved the creation of funds listed on “Schedule A” to manage, maintain, and account for monies received; and WHEREAS, the original purpose of which these funds were created have been deemed no longer necessary and have become dormant; and WHEREAS, these funds have zero balance as of June 30, 2021; NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby RESOLVED, that Town of Pahrump, shall close funds listed on Schedule IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED, that Nyc County, Nevada, shall allow the Nyc County Treasurer to remove said funds from Treasurer’s Report. 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 PASSED, ADOPTED, AND APPROVED the 20th day of July 2021.
