2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 t0 lt l2 l3 t4 l5 l6 t1 l8 t9 20 2l 't1 23 21 25 Resolution 2025-01 Establishment ofShon Term Vacation Rental License Fees TOWN OF PAHRUMP RESOLUTION NO.2025.01 A RESOLUTION ENACTING THE SCHEDULE OF FEES FOR SHORT TERM VACATION RENTAL LICENSES WHEREAS, on July 15, 2025 the Nye county Board of county commissioners amended Pahrump Town Ordinance Chapter 8 titled Business Regulations, which said Chapter places fee requirements to be adopted by Resolution; and WHEREAS, fees shall be set by resolution; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Nye County Board of Counry ] Commissioners as follows: l. That the schedule offines and fees for licensing, registration and inspection for short term vacation rentals as set forth by Pahrump Town ordinance chapter 8, section g.126, are hereby set and shall be collected per the schedule of fees as shown in the attached Exhibit which is incorporated herein by this reference.
