Section ID: Section: Title: FIREWORKS (BILL NO. 95-1, ORDINANCE NO. 36)(REPEAL TO ORDINANCE NO. 9) Last Revised Date: 10/8/2002 Description: AN ORDINANCE REPEALING PAHRUMP TOWN ORDINANCE NO. 9; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; EFFECTIVE DATE; REPEAL; AND OTHER MATTERS PROPERLY RELATING THERETO. WHEREAS, it has come to the attention the Town Board of the unincorporated Town of Pahrump that Pahrump Town Ordinance No. 9, prohibiting the use of fireworks in the “Pahrump Community Park” has become obsolete and of no further use or effect. NOW, THEREFORE, the Town Board of the unincorporated Town of Pahrump, Nye County, Nevada, does hereby ordain as follows: 36.100 That Pahrump Town Ordinance No. 9, an ordinance to prohibit the use of fireworks in the area commonly known as the “Pahrump Community Park”, enacted on August 22, 1980 be, and hereby is repealed in its entirety. 36.110 SEVERABILITY. Every Section of this ordinance, and every part of each section hereof is hereby declared to be independent of each other and parts of sections, and the holding of any section or any part thereof to be voided or ineffective for any cause, shall not be deemed to affect, nor shall it affect, any other section or part of section contained in this ordinance. 36.120 EFFECTIVE DATE. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, adoption and second publication in the Pahrump Valley Times, a newspaper printed and published within the County of Nye, State of Nevada. 72.130 REPEAL. All ordinances or parts of ordinances of the Town in conflict with this ordinance are hereby repealed. REPEAL OF PAHRUMP TOWN ORDINANCE NO. 9 Proposed on the _22nd_ day of __August__, 1995_.
