Open burning is subject to Pahrump Town Ordinance #28 and includes the requirement for property owners to acquire a burn permit with valid liability property insurance. Burn permits are issued Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday at Fire Station #1 at 300 N. Highway 160 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
