MINUTES, PAHRUMP PUBLIC LAND ADVISORY COMMITTEE, APRIL 9, 2019 1 Pursuant to NRS, a meeting of the Pahrump Public Land Advisory Committee was held at 6 PM, April 9, 2019 at Bob Ruud Community Center, Room A, 150 N. Hwy 160, Pahrump, NV., 89060. 1. Pledge of Allegiance and Call to Order. 6 pm. 2. Roll call. Robert Adams, Jim Hannah, Rick Tretter, Mike Zaman, Commissioner Strickland, James Groff (BLM PFO RecTek) 3. Approval of the Agenda for April 9, 2019. Move to approve by Rick Tretter, 2nd by Jim Hannah, yes by all. 4. GENERAL PUBLIC COMMENT: (Three-minute time limit per person.) Action will not be taken on the matters considered during this period until specifically included on an agenda as an action item (First) 5. For Possible Action - Discussion and deliberation of Draft Minutes of the PAHRUMP PUBLIC LANDS ADVISORY COMMITTEE, meeting of March 12, 2019. Move to approve by Rick Tretter, 2nd by Mike Zaman, yes by all. 6. Announcements (First) Armagosa Days, Pahrump Biz Expo, Wild West Extravaganza. 7. Committee Comments (This item limited to announcements or topics/issues proposed for future workshops/projects/agendas). Old Wuffy’s pit as possible shooting range. 8.
