All building numbers placed on curbs shall be of a good quality black enamel paint, and shall be neatly centered 'and placed on a white background. INITIAL ASSIGNMENT OF NUMBERS Numbers shall be available to property owners as increments are completed through the numbering committee. Numbers shall be displayed on the lot, within 90 days of availability, if required by this ordinance. PENALTIES PENALTIES FOR VIOLATIONS Any person who does not properly display the correct number, or otherwise fails to comply with or is in violation of any section of this ordinance, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not more than $1,000. nor less than $25 REPEAL A1~ SEVERABILITY ~11 ordinances in conflict with this ordinance are hereby repealed. If any one or more sections, clauses, or parts of this ordinance shall be declared invalid or void, such judgement shall not affect, impair or invalidate the remaining portions of this ordinance, but shall be confined in its operation to the srecific sections, cla:..;ses, or parts Lelci invalid or voici. 7
