Pahrump Arena Advisory Board Fee Schedule All fees will be paid by check or money orders ONLY Arena Reservation Fee: $300*/$250** Arena Reservation Fee Profit User (Non-Refundable) $150*/$100** Arena Reservation Fee Non-Profit User (Non-Refundable) Non-profit user fee (Arena Fee PLUS 10% of gate fees) For profit user fee (Arena Fee PLUS 20% of gate fees) $15 x Horse Stalls – Per horse/per day (Non-refundable) TBD Changes to facility (Non-refundable) Details: $50/HR *Price for each day for the first two days. **Price for each day thereafter Security Deposit: Refundable, unless noted otherwise, at the discretion of the PAAB or Town staff. $1000 - Deposits: Cleaning (Refundable) $1000 - Timers (Refundable) $1,200 - Announcing Equipment (Refundable) $2,500 - Livestock Events $5,000 - Special Events Concession Stand (FOOD OR NON-FOOD): DETERMINED BY ADVISORY COMMITTEE CASE BY CASE Concession Stand (FOOD): $200 – Cleaning Deposit $200 – Damage Deposit ● Advertisement and sign: $150 for placement of an advertiser provided, approved, 4’ X 8’ sign for one year renewable (January through December) Fee Waivers: The PAAB can grant approval or denial of a request for waived arena fees upon approval from the Board of County Commissioners. Each request will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. The party seeking the waiver shall submit a formal written request and appear before the Board of County Commissioners to explain the reason for the waiver. Any decision regarding waiver requests by the PAAB will be required to be presented for approval or denial from the Board of County Commissioners.
