To: All Potential Equipment Bidders From: Rachel Frisch, Otsego County Administrator Date: February 28, 2020 Subject: BID 2020-03 Groen Nature Preserve Equipment Otsego County Parks and Recreation Department is seeking bids for four equipment items for the Groen Nature Preserve: 1. Lawnmower – see equipment specifications, Attachment A. 2. Snowblower – see equipment specifications, Attachment B. 3. Seeder – see equipment specifications, Attachment C. 4. Field Cultivator – see equipment specifications, Attachment D. Bidders may bid on any or all of the equipment items. Bidders shall use the Bid Form included at Attachment E. Equipment must be delivered to County no later than May 15, 2020. Bids are due by Friday, March 13, 2020 at 11:30 a.m. local time. Bids must be sealed and have Bid 2020-03 marked on the exterior. Bids can be mailed/dropped off at 225 W. Main Street, Room 203, Gaylord, MI 49735. There will be a public bid opening on Friday, March 13, 2020 at 11:35 a.m. at 225 W. Main Street in Room 212. The County of Otsego reserves the right to accept, reject or negotiate any or all bids to waive or not waive informalities or irregularities in the bids or bidding procedures and to accept any bid determined by the County to be in the best interest of the County, regardless of price.
