Bid 2021-11 RFP: Copy/Print/Scan/Fax Machines Addendum #1 Dated 8/20/21 THE FOLLOWING QUESTIONS WERE SUMBITTED TO ACCOUNTING CLERK DENISE LANDRIE ON THURSDAY, 8/19/21. ANSWERS ARE PROVIDED BELOW, IN RED TYPE: Question 1: Will Otsego County also accept 0% down and Fair Market Value Lease (instead of 0% down and Dollar Buy Out Lease)? Otsego County will consider the 0% down and Fair Market Value Lease. Question 2: Will Otsego County trade in or scrap existing copiers that are being replaced? Otsego County would like the winning vendor to remove the existing copiers and consider a trade in value within their proposal. Update to the number of machines needed in the original RFP** Otsego County only needs 10 machines within the Color Copier category.
