ANSWER: No, that will not be allowed for the original bid submission. Please follow the rfp instructions, which require hard copies to be mailed to the County Administrator. The County will look up the websites your company has worked on, as provided in your bid materials. The County reserves the right to seek additional information and ask questions after the initial bid submission. If the County deems it to be in its best interest, the County may at that time request a live demonstration from any or all those who submitted bids.
