PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE RECREATION PLAN FOR OTSEGO COUNTY AND ELMIRA TOWNSHIP Otsego County Board of Commissioners will hold a Public Hearing on the draft Otsego County Recreation Plan during their regularly scheduled meeting on November 22, 2022, at 9:30 a.m. in the second-floor conference room of the Otsego County Library, 700 S. Otsego Ave. Gaylord, MI 49735. The public hearing provides an opportunity for the public to participate in the final development of the recreation plan. The recreation plan contains goals, objectives and action items pertaining to recreation in Otsego County for 2023-2027. The draft plan may be reviewed at: http://www.discovernortheastmichigan.org/recreation.asp; a hard copy is available at the Otsego County Library or the Otsego County Community Center.
