To: All Potential Vehicle Bidders From: Rachel Frisch, Otsego County Administrator Date: September 27, 2019 Subject: BID 2019-10 Sheriff Vehicle Purchase Otsego County is seeking bids for two vehicles for the Sheriff Department. To keep a consistent fleet of vehicles, the Sheriff’s Department desires to obtain bids to purchase EITHER two 2020 Chevrolet Tahoe Police (PPV) CK15706 OR two 2020 Ford Utility Interceptors. All bids are to be based on the following minimum equipment standards: Delivery Requirement: Otsego County will take delivery on or after January 1, 2020 Vehicle Requirements for the 2020 CHEVROLET TAHOES: Two 2019 Chevrolet Tahoe Police (PPV) CK 15706 A23 40/20/40 Seating, 5T5 Front Cloth Seating The color of the vehicles will be Black Tahoe Optional features: 6N6 – Door locks and handles, inside rear doors inoperative 5HP – Key, 6 additional keys 6E2 – Key common, complete vehicle fleet PCW – Enhanced Driver Alert Package AMF – Remote keyless entry package includes 6 additional transmitters. INCLUDES PROGRAMING. 6N5 – Switches, rear window inoperative UTQ – Theft deterrent system – DISABLE 6J3 – Wiring, grille lamps and siren speakers V76 – Recovery hooks, 2 front, frame mounted 7X7 – Spot lamps, left and right hand These are all the factory direct requirements including additional features.
