REBID-2019-01: RECYCLING SERVICES QUESTION #1 Submitted to Rachel Frisch, Otsego County Administrator Submitted by Mark Bevelhymer, General Manager of American Waste on Monday, April 1, 2019 at 3:22 p.m. Question: When will the questions that were submitted before the deadline April 5th at noon be answered and posted on the County’s website? Otsego County’s Response: To the best of the County’s ability, each question will be answered and posted to the County’s website within 24 hours of receiving the question. If the County requires more than 24 hours, the County will post the question on the website, along with the estimated time needed to provide an answer.
