Amendment #2 of Request for Quote For Otsego Lake County Park Beach Upgrades Otsego County, Michigan BID 2025-06 Section I is amended to read: First bullet point to read: • Obtain necessary permits for the project. Please note, Otsego County Parks & Recreation will obtain: o Shore Land Permit o Shore Erosion Permit o EGLE Dredging Permit Second bullet point to read: • Remove the existing grass, top soil, etc. between the sand and the lake along the existing beach to achieve a 12” minimum new sand layer and 6% maximum gradient to shoreline. Please refer to Attachment for the required parameters of this project. Last bullet point to read: • The project must be completed before December 1, 2025 Section III Scope of Service is amended to read: CONTRACTOR RESPONSIBILITIES The contractor responsibilities are below. Note: Contractor must obtain any and all permits (except those noted in Section 1, first bullet point) necessary to complete the work proposed. The cost of the permits, and any information or documentation required to obtain the permits, should be included in the bid price. Note: All work must be completed by December 1, 2025. Attachment B has been added to the RFQ : and entitled “Otsego County Parks and Recreation Department Conceptual Plans of Proposed Beach Improvements” Section IV: please acknowledge receipt of Amendments 1&2 on your Bid Proposal
