GROEN NATURE PRESERVE NEW PAVILION/RESTROOM BUILDING & MAIN HOUSE/MUSEUM SITE WORK General Notice Otsego County (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Louis M. Groen Nature Preserve New Pavilion/Restroom Building & Main House/Museum Site Work. 20-0005 Sealed Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the Otsego County Building, Office of the County Clerk, at 225 W. Main Street, Gaylord, Michigan 49735, until Thursday, April 15, 2021, at 2 p.m. local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud. The Project includes the following Work: Site work and building work to construct a facility that includes a 940 sft pavilion building with restrooms, fire pit amenity, water well and appurtenances, septic tank and drainfield, irrigation system, aggregate pathway, concrete sidewalk, miscellaneous deck modifications, miscellaneous grading and restoration. Obtaining the Bidding Documents Bidding Documents may be downloaded from C2AE’s Project Sharepoint Web site for bidding purposes only; contact Jody Laper at [EMAIL REDACTED] at C2AE for logon information and to register as a plan holder. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to determine/evaluate the capability of his equipment to provide/download documents that are accurate for size, scale, and content. Prospective Bidders are urged to register with the designated website as a plan holder, even if Bidding Documents are obtained from a plan room or source other than the designated C2AE site in either electronic or paper format. The designated Web site will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated Web site. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated Web site. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office.
