Otsego County Friend of the Court S.M.I.L.E. Program via Zoom, Schedule 2022 The Otsego County Friend of the Court is hosting the following S.M.I.L.E. (Start Making It Livable for Everyone) programs, which includes a video focused on co-parenting in the best interest of your children. The program is facilitated by Kevin King, Licensed Professional Counselor. (No password is needed). Once the program begins, we will collect your information and forward to the needed court, of verification of attendance.
