Ammendment #1 of Request for Quote For Otsego Lake County Park Beach Upgrades Otsego County, Michigan BID 2025-06 Section II #4 is amended to read: “Any questions must be received by Friday, May 2 , 2025 at noon. Answers to any/all questions will be posted on the County website: ) no later than 4:30pm on Friday, May 2, 2025.” Section II #11 is added and reads: 1. Bond Requirements: Bid bonds are required for construction or repair projects in the amount of $100,000 or more. Bid bonds and performance bonds are required for construction or repair projects in the amount of $250,000 or more. Bid bonds shall be in the amount of 10% of the total contract price. Performance bonds will be in the amount of 100% of the total contract price. Bond requirements cannot be waived.
