INVITATION TO BID 00 1116-1 OSG2001.02G Section 00 1116 Invitation to Bid OTSEGO LAKE DRAIN OUTLET CONTROL STRUCTURE REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT OTSEGO LAKE, OTSEGO COUNTY, MICHIGAN Otsego County solicits Invitations to Bid for the Otsego Lake Drain Outlet Control Structure Removal and Replacement project. Invitation to Bid shall be submitted to Otsego County at 225 W Main, Suite 203, Gaylord, MI 49735, until 2:00 pm, Local Time, Thursday, April 14th, 2022. Bids will be opened Thursday, April 14th, 2022 at 2:05 pm in Room 100 of the Otsego County Building, 225 W Main, Gaylord, MI 49735 and publicly read aloud for the following approximate quantities of work: Removal of existing CMP outlet control structure, 48-inch dia outlet pipe, construction of new outlet control structure including concrete weir, sidewalls, headwall, and wingwalls, placement of new 48-inch dia concrete pipe, aluminum safety railing, ladder, access hatch, and associated restoration. Each Bid package shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier’s check, money order, or bid bond, in the amount of at least five percent of the amount bid, drawn payable to Otsego County as security for the proper execution of the Agreement. Otsego County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in any bids should it consider same to be in its best interest.
