Question and Answer #2 Request for Quote For Otsego Lake County Park Beach Upgrades Otsego County, Michigan BID 2025-06 Questions from: : 2025.05.02 Questions as posed @ 9:17am: 1) Is there a designated route to the upland staging area? Or can the Contractor figure out the best route possible? 2) Other than SESC, are there any preparations needed at the upland staging area? 3) Do the stockpiles of sand and vegetated topsoil need to be restored (seeded), or will the silt fence remain? 4) Can the spilt rail fencing by the showers be temporarily removed for access to the upland stockpile area? Otsego County’s Answers: 1) The contractor can figure out the best route possible to get to the upland staging area. 2) There is not any additional preparations needed outside of the bid specs that are provided on the county website. 3) Any vegetated topsoil will need to be seeded as the areas will have to return to the normal state after the project is completed. 4) The split rail fencing can be removed for access to the upland stockpile area.
