Integrity Construction Services, LLC 00001-1 ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Otsego County Judicial Center ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS FOR PROJECT #2026-02 OTSEGO COUNTY JUDICIAL CENTER Gaylord, MI 1. Sealed Bids for the Otsego County Judicial Center will be received by Integrity Construction Services on behalf of Otsego County. The Bid Opening will be at the Otsego County Library, 2nd Level Meeting Room, 700 South Otsego Gaylord, MI 49735 at 2:00pm on Thursday, April 9, 2026. Bids will be opened and publicly read aloud at 2:01pm. 2. Faxed Bids or Electronic Bids will not be accepted. 3. If a Bidder is mailing their Bid it must be in a separate opaque envelope clearly marked “Bid Enclosed” and must indicate Bid Package # (i.e. #9 – General Trades). When mailing, send bids to Integrity Construction Services, 829 West Main Street, Suite C, Gaylord, MI 49735, or drop off at same location. Bids mailed or dropped off at this location must be received prior to 1:00pm on April 9, 2026. 4. Each Bid Package is a separate contract with the Construction Manager. 6. There will NOT be a Pre-Bid Meeting. 7. The Owner reserves the right to reject any of or all proposals, to accept other than a low bid, and to waive any informalities, irregularities, and/or errors in proposals, which it feels is in its best interest. 10.
