Project #2025-12: Groen Tractor The Louise M. Groen Nature Preserve is seeking bids for a new Kubota M7060HDC Tractor. All bids are to be based on the following minimum equipment standards and must include all of the following specifications: • 4WD utility CAB Tractor with AC &HEAT • 4 CYL, Diesel engine • Fully Transmission, 8 speed Hydraulic Shuttle • Hydrostatic power steering • Front & rear Wiper & Work lights • AM/FM Radio • Air ride Suspension seat • Rear window Defogger & Hi Amp Alternator • R4 Tires with the rears ’Loaded • 72” Front Loader QA Bucket & 3rd Function • Grill guard • Pallet Forks • Second rear remote • R/14 Tires Bids are due by Friday September 5, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. local time. Bids must be sealed and have “Project #2025-12 Groen Tractor” marked on the exterior of the bid envelope. Bids must be submitted in writing, either by mail or dropped off in person, to the attention of Roger Latuszek, Director of the Otsego County Louis M. Groen Nature Preserve, 225 W. Main Street, Ste. 203, Gaylord, MI 49735. There will be a public bid opening on Friday September 5, 2025 at 1:15 p.m. local time at 225 W. Main Street in room 100. Attendance for the public bid opening is not required. All participants will be notified by phone as to the bidding results directly after review of all bids, as well as available on the Otsego County website. The Louis M. Groen Nature Preserve reserves the right to accept, reject or negotiate any or all bids, to waive or not waive informalities or irregularities in the bids or bidding procedures and to accept any bid determined by the Groen Preserve to be the best interest of the Groen Preserve, regardless of price.
