RFP 2023-04 Bus Garage Repairs Question Submitted to Thomas Marquard, Otsego County Director of Planning/Zoning, Capital Projects and Grants Submitted by: Mick Kane, Southarm Construction, June 30, 2023 at 11:27a.m. Question “Are there any prints or work sheets for this project that will help identify the damaged area?” Otsego County’s Response to Question As project 2023-04 is for like kind and quality replacement of existing portico’s and facade, or simply the addition of aluminum trim wrap on the façade, no project plans were drafted for this Invitation to Bid. The potential change (enlargement) to the southwest portico was dependent on a builder’s suggested efficiency improvement reflected within their bid and therefore no project plans were drafted.
